The Viblooop Community Safety Pledge

Viblooop was engineered to bring people together in the real world. That magic only works when everyone feels safe, protected, and respected. Every host and attendee who steps into a Viblooop experience commits to our shared covenant:

The Community Pledge: "We celebrate diversity, honor personal boundaries, respect venue regulations, and look out for one another. No vibe is worth compromising someone’s safety or peace of mind."

Whether attending an intimate workshop, an outdoor music circle, a tech meetup, or a community dinner, respect is non-negotiable.

Zero-Tolerance Substance & Violence Standards

Viblooop maintains an uncompromising, strict zero-tolerance enforcement stance against activities that endanger human health or violate civil laws:

Strictly Prohibited at All Viblooop Events:
  • Illicit Substances: Any possession, sale, distribution, consumption, or facilitation of illegal drugs or banned narcotics is strictly forbidden.
  • Weapons & Dangerous Items: Firearms, knives, fireworks, hazardous chemicals, or self-defense weapons are prohibited regardless of permit status.
  • Violence & Threat of Force: Any physical altercation, aggressive posturing, bullying, or intimidation results in immediate removal and permanent banning.
  • Non-Consensual Sexual Misconduct: Unsolicited touching, predatory behavior, sexual harassment, or verbal degradation will trigger immediate platform blacklisting and law enforcement notification.

The Mandatory Host Safety Agreement

Every organizer must review and execute the Viblooop Host Safety Agreement prior to publishing an event. As a host, you are the steward of your attendees' wellbeing.

Host Safety Standards Checklist

Authorized Venues Only: Confirm explicit landlord, business owner, or municipal permit permissions before inviting guests.
Capacity Management: Never exceed designated fire and building code room occupancy limits.
Emergency Clear Routes: Ensure fire exits, first-aid kits, and emergency egress corridors are clearly marked and unobstructed.
Designated Safety Lead: Assign a verified co-host or staff member who remains sober, observant, and reachable throughout the gathering.

Attendee Safety Protocols for In-Person Gatherings

When stepping out to meet new people and experience real-world loops, practice sensible situational awareness:

  • Check the Venue & Reviews: Verify the host’s profile, read reviews from past attendees, and confirm that the venue is in an accessible public location.
  • Share Your Plans: Let a trusted friend or family member know which Viblooop event you’re attending and share your expected return time.
  • Arrive on Your Own Terms: Arrange your own transportation to and from the event so you have complete autonomy to leave at any moment.
  • Protect Personal Items: Keep personal belongings, identification, and mobile devices secure. Never leave your drink unattended.
  • Trust Your Gut: If at any point an atmosphere feels uncomfortable, unsafe, or contradictory to Viblooop standards, leave immediately and report the host.

Verified Vibes & Identity Trust Architecture

To eliminate anonymous bad actors, Viblooop operates a multi-layered verification system:

Verified Host Badge

Hosts undergo government ID verification and phone validation before unlocking unlimited event creation.

Post-Event Peer Reviews

Only attendees who scanned in via ticket QR code can rate and leave feedback on event safety and vibe authenticity.

Vibes Score Metric

Accounts with repeated no-shows, cancellation spikes, or safety flags automatically drop below the discovery threshold.

Encrypted Messaging

Event chatrooms provide automated filtering for malicious links, financial spam, and aggressive content.

24/7 Incident Escalation & Rapid Reporting

If you observe a violation of our safety policies, experience discomfort, or witness an unauthorized situation:

In-App Immediate Report

Click the triple-dot menu on any Event, Profile, or Chat message and select "Report to Safety Team". Categorize the infraction with optional screenshot evidence.

Emergency Rapid Escalation

For active, urgent in-person concerns during an ongoing gathering, email our priority triage channel at support@viblooop.com with your event link.

Immediate Local Authorities

If anyone is in immediate physical peril or medical distress, always dial local emergency services (e.g., 911 / 112) first before contacting platform staff.

Enforcement Actions & Legal Accountability

Viblooop does not negotiate on community safety. Verified infractions trigger decisive, non-reversible consequences:

  • Immediate Event Delisting: The event is instantaneously unlisted, ticket sales frozen, and registered attendees sent safety warnings.
  • Permanent Account Ban: The offender’s email, phone, and payment profiles are permanently blacklisted across our ecosystem.
  • Forfeiture of Payouts: Hosts who violate safety standards or permit illegal substances forfeit platform payouts to fund attendee refunds.
  • Law Enforcement Referral: In cases involving physical violence, narcotics distribution, sexual assault, or property destruction, Viblooop fully cooperates with judicial authorities and provides evidence as permitted by law.
