Welcome to Viblooop. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Host”, “Attendee”, or “you”) and Viblooop Inc. (“Viblooop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our web platform, creating an account, discovering experiences, purchasing event passes, or hosting activities, you express full assent to these terms.

If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately terminate access to Viblooop and refrain from purchasing tickets or attending community gatherings coordinated via the platform.

To unlock full platform capabilities, create events, and interact within chat loops, you must establish an authorized account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and authentic information.

• Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account, purchase event passes, or host events.
• Profile Authenticity: Impersonation, fraudulent credential submission, or operating duplicate accounts to circumvent moderation suspensions is strictly prohibited.
• The Vibes Score: Viblooop calculates a proprietary trust metric (“Vibes Score”) based on verified event attendance, community reviews, punctual hosting, and positive peer ratings. Attempting to artificially game, manipulate, or buy Vibes scores constitutes grounds for immediate lifetime platform termination.
• Account Confidentiality: You remain solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities originating from your account.

When you create, publish, or manage an event on Viblooop, you act as an independent organizer (“Host”) and not as an employee, contractor, or agent of Viblooop.

Hosts agree to:

• Provide truthful, non-misleading descriptions including accurate start/end times, venue accessibility, and dress codes.
• Execute our mandatory Host Safety Agreement before publishing paid or public gathering requests.
• Notify all confirmed ticket-holders via platform broadcast at least 24 hours prior to any unavoidable schedule or venue modifications.
• Refrain from hosting events in unauthorized private residences that have not passed verified host security checks.

Viblooop thrives on genuine camaraderie and safe celebration. When interacting through event chatrooms, reviews, direct messages, or attending physical meetups, you strictly pledge to avoid prohibited behaviors.

Ticket transactions executed on Viblooop are processed via tier-1 PCI-DSS compliant financial providers (e.g., Stripe). Viblooop does not store complete debit or credit card credentials on local servers.

• Platform Service Fees: Viblooop applies a nominal platform service fee on paid tickets to sustain infrastructure, 24/7 moderation, and attendee guarantees. All applicable fees are itemized transparently prior to checkout.
• Standard Refund Window: Attendees may request a full refund up to 48 hours before an event’s scheduled kick-off time, unless the Host explicitly designated a stricter "Final Sale" policy clearly highlighted on the event landing page.
• Event Cancellation by Host: If an organizer cancels an event or materially alters the date/location without attendee consent, all registered attendees receive an automated 100% refund to their original payment method.
• Host Payouts: To prevent ticket fraud and ensure fulfillment, host payouts are initiated 24 hours following the confirmed conclusion of the event, contingent upon the absence of severe safety escalations.

All proprietary brand assets, logos, design systems, illustrations, software algorithms, and visual interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of Viblooop Inc.

User Content License: By uploading photos, event banners, review comments, or video highlights to Viblooop, you retain ownership while granting Viblooop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and distribute your content across our platform and discovery loops to facilitate event promotion.

Viblooop provides a discovery platform to connect independent hosts and community attendees. While we implement strict safety screening, identity checks, and zero-tolerance policies:

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Viblooop, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from host conduct, attendee behavior, or event cancellation beyond the amount paid for the specific event pass.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder that cannot be settled amicably shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration.
